Damaged or Defective Products: Damaged or defective products may be returned to Twisted Sista after contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. If approved, you will receive a damage product return authorization form. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your damaged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
